The Creating a Coaching Culture Program is designed for managers and leaders at all levels.

It develops the skills, knowledge and attitudes required to effectively coach individuals and teams in the workplace.

It is grounded in the fact that, in order to be an effective coach, you need to develop a culture and philosophy around coaching that permeates through an organisation.
