Executive and leadership coaching

Executive coaching with Kool Results is a dynamic relationship between a qualified coach and a motivated individual. At Kool Results, our goal is to work with you or your leaders to determine the strategic direction of your organisation and develop the leadership skills they will need to make it a success. The coaching relationship is built on trust where confidentiality is critical.

Our Executive & Leadership coaching programs span anywhere from 6 months to a year, fortnightly or monthly (1-2 hours per session) working with you to grow their leadership capabilities.

Your coach will partner with you to:
•   Focus on achieving your six-month career and leadership goals
•   Use assessments to understand your leadership strengths and communication style
•   Create a custom plan: your 'roadmap' to your goals
•   Discover and practice new leadership skills
