Coaching
Research shows that people can have amazing results in the first month of coaching and some huge increases in confidence, energy, and performance within six months. After the first six months the coachee may still improve although the trajectory is lower often because the coachee is deepening the learning, which may not be as readily apparent to others.
At Kool Results on-going support is very important to ensure your coaching program produces the results that you set for yourself. As with all our programs this is very flexible. E-mail, phone and regular update sessions are all ways we can support you during your program.
