Julianne Kuhlmann is a leading light in South Australia’s coaching and training industry, with an outstanding track record.

Fiona Sykes

Fiona joined the Kool Results team in March 2008 as the Administration Assistant.

Fiona is currently studying her third year of a double degree in Law and Commerce at Adelaide University and is following the Human Resource Management stream of Commerce.  Fiona is currently studying a year abroad at Leeds University in the UK, and continues to work for Kool Results virtually.

She has previously spent 18 months in the UK working as a Legal Administration Assistant for the Manchester City Council, and as a Team Administrator for the Highways Agency, gaining a wide range of experience in different administrative duties. Fiona has also worked in Accounts Payable gaining exposure to the Accounting side of business.

Fiona has a keen interest in fitness being a competitive swimmer, runner and hockey player. Fiona also plays the cello in a string trio with her sisters.

Fran Whittingham

Fran specialises in career development and career transition for Corporate clients

Fran has worked with clients from Telstra Communications Australia, Australia Gas Limited (AGL), Origin Energy Australia, Mobil Fuels Australia, Motorola Australia, Lucent Technologies, Santos, Elders Real Estate, Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), Australia and New Zealand Bank (ANZ), IBM Computers, Tower Trust Insurance as well as Local, State and Commonwealth Australian Government Departments. Her assignments have taken her to South East Asia and Australia. Ganga Harvey

Ganga Harvey is an Organisational Performance consultant with over 20 years experience in strategic management, education, training and development. She specialises in improving organisational capability through strengthening organisational level planning and processes, and developing teams and individuals.

Having previously held senior management positions and worked across Asia Pacific and in Europe and the US, Ganga has substantial experience in turning around the performance of organisations and teams. She understands the challenges of the modern workplace such as global and remote management, fluctuating economies and skill shortages.

Ganga loves to seek out the strengths of organisations and individuals and to build on those, as well as strategising how to strengthen weaker areas. She is a trained assessor in the Baldrige Performance Excellence model, and has used this in organisations in several countries. She is a trained Harrison Assessments consultant. Her current clients include public, not-for-profit and private organisations in Australia and India.

Catherine Duncan

Cath Duncan’s qualifications include an MA Applied Science in Social Ecology majoring in Organisational Development from the University of Western Sydney.

Cath has extensive experience in change management developed during a 20-year work history in the Australian Public Service (APS) and over a decade of business consulting. She believes that successful change is achieved through organisational and individual leadership.

Cath has studied and worked overseas in the UK and USA and her client list is impressive, including such companies as Rio Tinto/ Hamersley Iron and Royal Dutch Shell.

Building on her extensive experience in organisation and people development strategies including business diagnostics, job redesign and employee engagement, Cath is in the process of achieving APEC accreditation as business mentor, is a member of the International Coach Federation and a business mentor with the North West Business Development Centre. Cath is also a member of the Institute of Management Consultants and an affiliate consultant with SAGECo – a national company partnering with organisations to address the risks, challenges and opportunities of an ageing workforce.
